Our Cacao Powder is minimally processed from organic, single origin, fairtrade cacao beans from Peru—with nothing added.  It is high in fiber, magnesium and antioxidants. The texture is a little “chunkier” than other cacao powders because of minimal processing, and it has a slightly astringent flavor. It’s truly unique and one of a kind!
